Verwijder walshuid/roest en ontvet grondig met Frost Panel Wipe.

Zo nodig schuur met korrel P80/P180 alvorens Engine Enamel Primer aan te brengen (P800GYPRIMER)

Gestraald staal
Verwijder alle resten van straalgrit alvorens Engine Enamel Primer aan te brengen (P800GYPRIMER)

ALUMINIUM
Schuur met korrel P180/P320
Ontvet met Frost Panel Wipe
Coat met Frost Etch Primer (P268), en indien nodig met Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

Gegalvaniseerd of verzinkt staal
Ontvet met Frost Panel Wipe
Voor hechting coat eerst met Frost Etch Primer (P268), en indien nodig met Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

It offers fast surface drying, good through drying even in thick films and outstanding film hardness and toughness.
In addition, yellowing is minimal even after prolonged exposure to higher temperatures

CLEANING
Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and must be clean

Suitable Substrate & Their Suitable Preparation

MILD STEEL
Remove millscale and thoroughly degrease using suitable Frost Panel Wipe.
Abrade with P80/P180 if necessary before applying Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

SHOT BLASTED STEEL
Remove all traces of blast grit/sand before applying Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

ALUMINIUM
Abrade with P180/P320
Degrease with suitable Frost Panel Wipe 
Coat with appropriate Frost Etch Primer (P268), and if required Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)

GALVANISED STEEL
Degrease with suitable Frost Panel Wipe 
Coat with appropriate Frost Etch Primer (P268), and if required Engine Enamel Primer (P800GYPRIMER)
