We hebben aangepaste krimp- en strekbekken voor de Lancaster krimp en rekmachine.
Geen diepe lijnen meer! Nee, de nieuwe bekken laten schuurpapier-achtige sporen na in de plaat.
De Gloednieuwe bekken zijn gestippeld met een carbide/ hardmetalen lasproces om markeringen achter te laten die bijna gelijk zijn aan 180 grit schuurpapierkorrels.
Op de bovenstaande foto ziet u de stippel-bekken bovenaan en de standaard bekken onderaan.
Stiple finish shrinking jaws for Lancaster shrinking / stretching machine
We have modified the shrinking and stretching jaws for the Lancaster to leave only sandpaper-like marks.
No more deep lines!
Brand new jaws are stippled with a carbide welding process to leave marks that nearly equal 180 grit sandpaper grains, eliminating stress risers and potential cracks from your nice parts.
In the photo above, our new jaws are on the top and the standard jaws are on the bottom.
